On September 30th, the project "Reflections in Woolscape" was successfully completed. It combined the traditional craft of wet felting with the active observation of nature to create unique textile pictures. The landscape served as a direct source of inspiration for the participants, while soft wool and other natural fibers became their medium of expression. As part of the project, three practical workshops were successfully developed and executed:
The entire creative process—from observing nature to crafting textile artworks in the studio—was captured on video and is now available on the YouTube channel AmuseByAnjaMusek: link The project demonstrates that this ancient craft of felting still creates space today for slowing down, sensory connection with nature, and creative expression. Workshops of this kind will continue to be available in the future—both through scheduled events and on-demand for private groups. The project was (co-)financed by the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia.
